ABOUT KENNY HALL
Kenneth R. Hall, J.D.
Kenny Hall served as Executive Vice President for most of his 27 years with the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce and Associated Industries of Arkansas, Inc. and as its chief lobbyist. He built and led one of the state’s most respected general business governmental affairs programs.
His career centered on translating complex public-policy issues into clear strategy, developing effective coalitions and bringing people with different perspectives together to produce constructive results. His mission was to constantly improve the state’s economic climate.
Kenny holds a law degree and is licensed to practice in Arkansas and Mississippi.
